March 16, 2020

Dear Friends --

This afternoon, San Mateo County Health ordered everyone to "shelter at their place of residence" (stay home) except to provide or receive essential services, engage in certain essential activities, and work for essential businesses and governmental services. These measures have successfully proven to reduce the spread of the virus in other regions, so it's very important that we all respect this order.

You will still be able to grocery shop, go to medical appointments, get gas, etc. -- however, only essential businesses will be open.  Some restaurants will be open for delivery or take-out only.

This order is in effect from 12:01 a.m. on March 17, 2020 through 11:59 p.m. on April 7, 2020.   Read the order here. If you have questions, please call San Mateo County Health at 211.

Remember to read official updates and get more information on the City of Burlingame's COVID-19 web page here

Take care of yourselves and one another.  We can do this!

In solidarity,
